The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. I really appreciated their warm welcome! i also liked that parking was available close by, so i did not have to worry about finding a spot. the wifi worked well, a big plus, and i found it easy to get in and out as i pleased.
The bed wasn't the most comfortable. I could feel the springs a little.

the staff offered help with luggage to the rooms and provided a very warm welcome. i also noted they offered use of a fridge, microwave, and toaster, very helpful for families. quick and efficient check-in made the arrival smooth.

Although there was no breakfast available, there was plenty of tea and coffee in the room. This allowed me to start my day with ease. staff even offered to keep any food i brought fresh in a fridge. I thought it was nice.

My room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, perfect for my needs! towels and soap were provided. a tv that worked well. I found this really useful. the shower had hot water, an absolute must.

I found the staff polite and always ready to assist. the room was clean. the bed offered great comfort for restful sleep. i also appreciated the convenience of having tea and coffee available directly in the room. I loved that. the location was ideal, close to the main attractions.
The shower pressure could have been a little better. I hope they address it.

A Superb Stay!

The owner was friendly. He were really nice too accommodate my family. I needed a ground floor room due to using a wheelchair. He arranged it in under an hour. I really appreciated this effort. The family room was big and clean. The carpets and bedding were also soft and clean.
The parking outside cost eight pounds, which I thought was a bit much. It would be nice if parking was free.

The room offered comfortable beds. I found this quite lovely. The bedding seemed freshly laundered and crisp. A TV offered entertainment options, something I enjoyed.
